How to easily add and edit User Information within ones Agency

Adding a new user to the MLS

On the right side of ones Dashboard one sees all the Agency Members, click on Add User to add a new user or click on the name of the User one desires to edit the information for.

Note:

    • Verified Brokers can add and edit
      • Brokers
      • Agents
      • Assistants
    • Agents can add and edit only

      • Assistants

User information

Under Your Dashboard click on the user or click on add user and enter all required fields.  It is recommended to include an Agent Avatar (this is a picture of that Agent/Broker that will appear on the listings)

Once the above is filled out click on Contact Information and fill out the required Agent/Broker Contact Information

Agent Photo / Avatar: Here you can browse to upload your picture in order to automatically show up on your listings together with your Agency Logo.

!!! Don't forget to select the Next Tab to add your Telephone Contact Numbers

Once you entered all the information select “ADD”.
